What we collect

When you submit a quote, BOM, replacement, engineering or contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone number, delivery city, the products and quantities you list, your message and any files you attach.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up on that request. We do not sell your details.

Files you upload

Attachments are stored in a protected area of our website that is not publicly accessible, and are available only to EKA staff handling your enquiry.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records, after which they are deleted.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent, email ekacncindia@gmail.com.

Cookies

Your RFQ list is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you submit or clear it. Other cookies may be set by WordPress and any analytics you consent to.
